Zhao Qiming, secretary of the company’s party committee, chairman and general manager, gave a work report titled "Strategy leads the way to increase momentum, improve management and control, improve efficiency, reform and attack strong momentum, hold high the banner of "the third time to start a business", focus on value creation and promote high-quality development". Li Junwei, deputy secretary of the company’s party committee and chairman of the labor union, presided over the meeting. Zhao Qiming requested that for the key tasks in 2024, the company must adhere to strategic guidance and comprehensively build new advantages for future development. We will unswervingly consolidate the traditional advantages of internationalization, go all out to create leading advantages in the solar thermal and seawater desalination industries, and strengthen the construction of the "three reservoirs" function. Second, we must adhere to efficiency first and win the battle to upgrade operations and control in an all-round way. We will closely follow the management theme of the year of operation and control to develop practical measures, closely focus on the main goals of reducing losses and increasing efficiency, and focus on key measures to increase revenue and reduce expenditure to achieve real results. Third, we must insist on improving both quantity and quality, and comprehensively build and strengthen the dual engines of marketing. Create a new overseas marketing situation of strong alliances and mutual benefits, and create a unified domestic market with multi-polar support and diversified development. Fourth, we must adhere to efficient linkage and take the initiative to fully implement project contracts.
